Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.

Freight Shipments (LTL)
Heavy or oversized items (such as large battery systems) may require freight shipping. For these items, you will be contacted with a shipping quote before your order is fulfilled. These shipments cannot be auto-calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days
Freight shipments: 5-10 business days
